Название легальной коммунистической партии в период с декабря 1921 по январь 1924. Переименована в Рабочую коммунистическую партию [Workers' Communist Party of America] и под этим названием просуществовала до июля 1930, когда она была переименована в Коммунистическую партию США [Communist Party of the United States]. Осуществила несколько неудачных попыток организации крупных забастовок в Пассаике, шт. Нью-Джерси (1926), г. Нью-Бедфорде, шт. Массачусетс (1928) и в г. Нью-Йорке (1926).
